Studio 1111 Policies & Terms

We want your event to be fun and stress-free.

Please review our booking policies to ensure a smooth process.

Retainer Fee & Payments

  • A 25% non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

  • Payment must be completed in full before event day to begin services.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 30+ days before the event: The retainer fee is non-refundable; all other payments will be refunded.

  • 14–29 days before the event: 50% of the total booking fee is non-refundable.

  • Less than 14 days before the event: All payments are non-refundable.

  • Company cancellation: If Studio 1111 must cancel, a full refund (including retainer fee) will be issued.

  • Rescheduling requires 14+ days’ notice and is subject to availability.

Travel & Mileage

  • Within 20 miles of Downey — Free travel

  • 21–40 miles — $50 flat travel fee

  • 41–60 miles — $75 flat travel fee

Setup & Venue Requirements

  • Setup requires 45–60 minutes, teardown requires 30 minutes (included in your package; does not reduce rental hours).

  • Minimum space: 8x8 ft for booth, backdrop, and props.

  • Power: 110V outlet within 15 ft of booth location (unless portable power add-on is purchased).

  • Wi-Fi: Venue Wi-Fi preferred for instant sharing; if unavailable, Studio 1111 can provide a hotspot (additional fee).

Guest Experience

  • All packages include a digital gallery after the event.

  • With Wi-Fi: Guests can instantly share via text, email, or QR code.

  • Without Wi-Fi: Content is saved and delivered once the device reconnects.

  • Studio 1111 is not responsible for sharing delays due to venue connectivity issues.

​Damages & Liability

  • Client is responsible for intentional damage to equipment caused by guests, vendors, or venue staff.

  • Studio 1111 is not liable for power outages, weather, or technical interruptions beyond our control.

  • In the rare event of equipment malfunction, Studio 1111 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and/or issue a partial refund if services cannot be delivered as agreed.
