Yes. A 25% non-refundable retainer fee is required at booking. This guarantees your event date and goes toward your total balance.
We recommend at least 8x8 feet of space for the booth, backdrop, and props. Larger spaces work even better for guest flow.
Yes! Props are included in Tier 2 and Tier 3 packages. Backdrops are included starting at Tier 1. We also offer premium backdrop upgrades if you want something extra special.
We can absolutely set up outdoors! Just let us know ahead of time. If there’s no power available, we offer a portable power supply add-on for $75.
Within 20 miles of Downey — Free travel
21–40 miles — $50 flat travel fee
41–60 miles — $75 flat travel fee
Setup and teardown are included in your package at no extra charge. We typically need 45–60 minutes to set up and about 30 minutes to break down.
Guests can instantly share their photos, GIFs, and boomerangs via text, email, or QR code. All packages also include a live digital gallery for easy downloading after the event.
All bookings require a 25% non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date.
If you cancel 30 days or more before your event, only the retainer fee is retained and any additional payments will be refunded within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations made between 14–29 days prior to the event will result in 50% of the total booking fee (including the retainer fee) being non-refundable, with the remaining balance refunded within 5–10 business days.
If you cancel less than 14 days before your event, all payments are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that Studio 1111 must cancel, you will receive a full 100% refund, including your retainer fee.
Reschedules are allowed with at least 14 days’ notice and are subject to availability, with your retainer fee applied to the new date.
